Who we are

Precept Financial Services had its beginnings in 1986 when David Shaw and Norm Knell formed Shaw Knell Financial Group (SKFG). Punch Flemmer joined SKFG in 1995. At the beginning of 2010 David, together with Punch Flemmer left to form Precept Financial Services with the objective of providing high quality service and advice.
